Man...I could easily match any story you've got about hicks. This town is comprised of 17K people...and about 8K-10K of that is college students. For fuck's sake...it only covers 12 square miles.

Hicks? I live in a village. Its got less then 500 people living in it. People drive mowers, ATVs, dirtbikes.. All kinds of stuff down the street. Dunno if anyone has been arrested for driving on intoxicated though. We usually dont see cops in our parts of the woods.
