stupid prosecutor....
yeh so i dont kno if u guys remember i had a ticket for "failure to keep right" on route 78 some bullshit ticket...but it was gonna be 2 points if I pled gulity...so i went down with my attorney a few weeks ago and they said all i have to do is take a AAA defenseive driving course adn show them the certificate and they will amend it down and 130 fee.....so today was my court date....i got there early and showed the prosecutor my certificate and he said jus wait till teh judge calls u up....so judge calls me up everytings good i pled guilty to unsafe drivign then out of no where the prosecutor goes oh wait a minute u already have used too many...i have used 2...now he goes the third time with unsafe is 4 pts and a fine....and thas now what my lawyer agreed with him on last time...so i call my lawyer and we have to go back down again and fix this shit....do u think they can trhow this case out since the prosecutor messed up...i'm so pissed i jus wanted it to be over...

dude when i went in with my lawyer i didnt even had to say a single word. Nothin what so ever. Let him do the talking and im sure ull get out of it. Damn that reminds me i have court next wednesday.
