my teacher in my pyschology class played this one on us in class. my answer is
I would give my friend the car and have him take the old women to the hospital, while I stay behind and wait with the hottie

WTF!? My car can fit four people, I didnt buy a delsol for a reason. So I'll pick them all up. Take the old lady home. Drop my bud off at his house and tell him I'll be back in a few, and then go out with the "perfect partner".
