its propel water by gatorade, and it comes in like 7 different flavors, its rly good go to a walmart and buy it, its chea tlike 4 bucks for 6 bottles, peach kicks ass... suppost to use it while ur work out but u dont have too....

its normal water, like spring water with a lot of natural favlorings, instead of that water that fizzles ( i forget the name of it), and it doesnt just have a lil flavor, like yuo can taste it rly strong. and i hate gatorade, that just tastes ike watered down kool-aid...just go buy it, its really cheap, buy berry, kiwi, strawberry, or peach they are all rly good....then tell me what u think of it
