Has anyone seen a pic of the girl Kobe Supposedly raped?

If anyone knows a website or a link to see her please post it.

My wife and I are debating on a few aspects and theorys of the upcoming case, and I believe that the picture will help my arguement.

Current reports indicate that the girl in a lot of the pictures are not the alleged victim.

I'm so tired of hearing about this. I think the media has blow the whole thing out of proportion. And I heard that they aren't allowing the identity of the women to be revealed to the public.

I personally think it was plain out dirty sex, and she "cried" rape because he was rich.

There are different types of rape. Statutory rape is when you do it with a minor. There are other types that I don't recall. But what type was he charged with?

What is sexual assault?
Sexual assault is a crime. It involves sexual contact, such as kissing, touching, fondling and intercourse, without consent. A person may be charged with:
• sexual assault, or
• sexual assault with a weapon, threats to a third party or causing bodily harm, or
• aggravated sexual assault

Anythings possible, but I just think people are to driven on money these days. What if it happens like this..

She knows who he is, and she's flirting with him hard. Teasing and all that stuff. He grabs her and kisses her, or whatever. In his mind she's throwing the signals. In her mind, she's waiting for him for mess up so she can get a bigger bank account. Its almost to easy these days!

Im not saying that he didnt do it. I wasnt there, but he sure as hell (along with a lot other famous people) was made an easy target. Im just saying, whats the scope of consent? In his mind he probably didnt do anything else that a lot of other people wouldnt have done. Its all so confusing these days. :o

yeah but the interviews with him seem a little fake..actually he seems really fake...like hios emotion is completely manufactured.....and i think everyone says "he didnt do it,she just wants money" have been successfully manipulated by all the crap..........i think he did it.......just cause hes a overpayed famous person doesnt meen he cant commit a crime like rape or sexual assult
