how do you make those pics with your own texts in them? do you have to have photoshop or something?

Photoshop or anything that can open jpg or gif files. I don't think paint can do that yet...not sure.

it can, but it sucks at compression

Well, I'm guessing that the newer paint in XP can. Even though I have this OS I don't this this crappy software. Photoshop is what I have!
