Feel like crap!
Has it ever happened to anybody or is it just me. I dunno I've been feeling like crap for the past 2 days. I seem to be careless and just be in the worst mood ever for no reason. I dunno what the hell is going on but it's like i'm never happy or in the mood to do anything.

I workout and exercise everyday, and sometimes I can still get that feeling. I just got 11 hours of sleep, and I feel better today than I have all week. Sleep ...
