Just did a b16a2 (2000 civic SI) swap into my 96 civic DX, I cannot get the speedometer to work, please help.

What can I do to fix this problem. Thanks for any help

is the vss pluged in?

does the tach work?

yes, the VSS is pluged in, a have a buddy with the same setup and same problem. I pluged in an Ex cluster today and the tach did not work in that either.
