car insurance
Ok guys I'm confused... I just went to the insurance calculator at www.autotrader.com and filled out forms for myself in a 1995 TT Supra and a 1995 Lexus SC300 and the lexus was $9k!!!/year and the supra was like 7k/year... wtf is up with this?!?

I got a Highlander b/c my gparents bought it for me when I turned 16 (no rich-kid jokes, not like I was about to deny it)... at that point I wanted a nice all-around car to lug friends, cargo, and 4wd to duck-hunt in... well, duck hunting sucks at my spot, so I dont go any more, and Im tired of dragging friends around just because my car is the coolest
 ... after modding the highlander a bit ive been bitten by the mod-bug and want a more modable platform... check out www.toyota.com for some highlander pics, and i will try to get some pics of mine uploaded within the next few days...

oh- if I got the lexus, it wouldnt be any ordinary lexus... picture a lexus sc300, slammed on rims, mild body kit, 2jz-gte and getrag 6spd implant injesting 14psi through an HKS T04R... ah yes... muhahaha.......

I dont have unlimited funds... and the insurance payments must be less than what I pay now (3800/year
 )...

heh... try my 1900/6months for just me
 anyways, follow up: i ran my current car through the same program on autotrader and it gave me 7k/year, and i pay a little over half of that, so I guess it just inflates the price by 80% for some reason... :shrug:

I have gotten three tickets- but none are on my record
 Rolling stop thrown out Late registration thrown out On perole until 2/19/03 for speeding ticket
