daytime running lights?
I recently installed new projector headlights in my 96 civic si with angel eyes, and they look great!!! But the daytime running lights really take away from the look. Does anyone know how to re-wire it so they won't always be running? I really don't care if they don't run at all. I just want to disconnect them so I can drive with only my angel eyes on. Does anyone have any ideas?

first of all you don't have a 96 civic si
second of all how are we supposed to help you when we don't know what brand of headlights they are or how they're wired. Did your old headlights have daytime running lights? Is it a different bulb than the main headlight bulb?

Sorry.....I had si's on my mind. I have a 1996 civic ex. I had stock headlights in before I installed my projector headlights and I didn't mess with any of the wiring so the wiring is still all stock. So I'd like to dissengage the daytime running lights, which are always when my parking brake isn't on. I found a great step by step on installing relays to turn both high beams and low beams on at the same time so I'm planning to wirie them up so all 4 headlights when I turn on my high beams.
