I don't know if it's because I've ridden in a STi and have been generally desensitized of them by being around one so much but I just don't find STi's a big deal anymore.. I mean ya of course they're sweet cars but I don't flip out when I see one like I would normally if I probably didn't hang out with a kid that has one

I just thought the question was dumb. Maybe it's just me. =)
Maybe it's not dumb, as there should not be such a thing as a dumb question. So, maybe it was just worded terribly.

Hey everyone, im new. I have a 2003 Honda Civic EX with DC Headers, V2 Intake, catback exhaust. Im still slow as hell. My engine is the D17a2. I plan on throwing the ultra ss pulley system on it shortly, I hope there will be a noticeable power gain there but i dont know. Anyone know anything about maxrev turbo kits? I was wondering where I would be sitting at horsepower wise if I bought one. Are there any other ways for power gain besides the turbo and engine swap? (I have a perfectly good motor with only 19000 miles.

By the way, I definitely agree, Karen; I don't see the sessiness in s2k. I mean, it's not ugly..I particularly like the white ones. Other than that..it's kinda blah.
Gender has nothing to do with it!

wow darin your not just gay, your dumb.
he said he was new. yes, he should have made his own thread. but seeing how this one really has no point or topic. who cares that he hyjacked it. maybe something usefull will come from this thread. i dont think your going to get a a lot of power from the pulley kit. as for the turbo, yes that the only way to make a D series fast or anywhere near it.

Realistically, if you want a cheap fast NEW car, NEON SRT-4 is probably the answer. Civics are slow on stock form. RSX's are overpriced. STi and EVO VIII are both above $30xxx.... so really NEON SRT-4 is cheap and fast. It's not something that I would buy tho..... |
