Im a NewB and have a question!!!! HELP!
Hey, I am new to these forums soooo hello!
Well anywho, in like....in 7 months i am going to get my license and bro's 2001 ex coupe so Since i've been crazy over cars since i was a wee-boy, I already decided to get somethign cheap for the car, and since this is going to be a handme down car i decided not to go all out on it. I am going to put on- dun laugh- muffler tips and on the back it said the muffler tailpipe has to be between 1.25 inches to 2 inches in diameter. Does my 2001 accord ex have tips within those sizes???? |

Basically an engine loses power through the drive assembly, so an engine might make say 100 horse power (at the crank) and only put about 85 to the wheels (or to the ground basically).
So basically, you're only doing 85 hp to the ground, while your engine is making upwards of 100.
