Some pics from Iraq
Hey guys. I'm in Q-West, Iraq right now...finally got here. Here are a couple of pics in case anyone is interested.
The kids love us here. They are all hungry and cold (it's freezing in the winter) and they don't have enough clothes. Everytime we'd stop our convoy (for a roadside bomb or something) they'd all come running up asking for food. Anyway, here's the pics. Enjoy - Stephan |

Well, we mainly see sheep, goats, camels and wild dogs. That's about it.
Any other questions, like do people like us, whats it like, how often do we get attacked? - Stephan |

Actually, most of the adults like us a lot more than i would've thought. They're mostly friendly, except for a few rough spots (fallujah, mosul) and they always smile and wave.
I'll write some more when i got time, but right now our Captain has my platoon working 8am to 11pm every day, 7 days a week and I've got to get back to work. thanks for all the encouragement guys - dzur |
