I would go with the Tokico Blue's, but that's just my uneducated opinion (I liike Tokico, personally. Race proven designs). I would stay away from the SpringTech, since I have never heard of them.
The KYB shocks are quality too, with a cheaper shipping price. Are you keeping your stock springs or slapping on some lowering ones?

Not really sure about which ones would be best, but if you know of any others that are reasonablely priced and work good let me know. Since i live in PA i wanted to be able to restore the car to orginal height in winter.

Those coilovers on ebay are crap don't waste your money on cheap coilovers because the ride will not be nice. Save up for some ground controls.

Well I now have a new question. Can I buy new struts and coilovers, but not lower my car. Becuse if you'll go to the PowerTech header post you'll see why. If i buy some nice struts and a pair of ground control coilovers and dont lower it will they still improve the ride and handleing.
