Batman: The Dark Knight
Well, its due for release tomorrow. I'm amped up about it. Previews look insane and I can't wait to see it. Christian Bale is a great actor that can play any part.

Looks good, but I haven't seen it yet.
A lot of people who've seen it told me Ledger is great in it and that's almost a shame. With him being dead now, it'd be a lot easier if he just sucked it up the whole movie. It'd be like "well...at least we don't have to watch this asshole anymore". I really liked a lot of Ledger's other stuff and was almost hoping he wouldn't stick out in this one...apparently that's not the case. I'll check it out if I have 3 hours to spare (everyone said it's REALLY long).

I saw it yesterday with my fiance. Wow, it was a great movie. Ledger did an amazing job. Its a shame he died. The movie is very long but worth it IMO. The special effects on 2 face were amazing.

Awesome movie. Little long, but awesome. And Ledger was amazing in it, just saw it for the second time.

You know...as long as the movie is, it doesn't seem like they wasted a second of it. It's not like there's big chunks you could cut out without taking away from the story. That's really REALLY hard to do in a movie almost 2 1/2 hours long.
All the actors did great job (particularly Ledger, making The Joker a lot more multi-dimensional than previous actors had), but I'm wondering why people are bitching about Bale's "bat voice". Sure, it sounds cheesy, but if he didn't do it every time Batman showed up they'd just be like "Hey...you sound familiar. Oh, hey Bruce!". Whatever.

I agree, the movie was amazing.. Seriously, I don't know what it was, but I personally couldn't stand Bales batman voice. Don't ask me why, it just sounded like he was trying to hard or something. Sometimes it was worse then others, I don't know. It just didn't seem very "super hero" or something. Maybe I just need to see it again.
