Well the problem is that 2 of them are old enough they probably won't survive 4 more years. Justices tend to be like popes...they usually die before retiring. At least one of the liberal judges has said they're staying on solely to keep the court from becoming some ultra-conservative fuckfest.

But seriously...the only reason I would even post this is because it's wrong to stack the court, so to speak. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own religious and political views, but they have no place in the law. Somehow nobody on the supreme court gets that and suddenly even the court becomes a political struggle like the house, senate, and presidency. Regardless of yof your political views I think anyone with a brain can recognize the need to keep a balance amongst the supreme court. That is...unless you're a petty small minded simp who only wants to see the things he like become law...and I doubt that.
