Hey guys and girls, I have a question I had a 92 prelude

but thats another story any ways I have to get a new car now I went on the car hunt today and I found a 94 Civic DX coupe with 68k and a integra v-tec engine.....the guy is asking 5,600. Is this a good deal or a bad deal?? The cars looks like its in good condition inside and out and im gonna drive it tomorrow. If i should give him a offer what should i try? Or is it not worth it??
