Heres the story....

I need a spring compressor....I need one BAD! I've checked ALL the local auto shops even NAPA and nobody has the right kind. None of my friends have one either. I've seen about a gajillion on ebay so I may buy one but I don't want to wait....I want these springs on ASAP. IF ANYONE has this, can you PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE send it to me to borrow?!! I will pay the shipping to and from. I'm dead seriouise! This is how desperate I am LOL! This is the kind I need.....

I have bought and sold many things over the internet (mainly on www.honda-acura.net

dude don't know if u have autozone there but i saw it today for 40 bucks.

Look under the phone book for rentals ... my freind rented them from a small little shop for like $5 when he did his

I tried the one at autozone and it didn't work. It had different teeth and it's too thick. I even tried forcing it to fit with hammer and that didn't work. All of the other local shops carry that same kind and non of this one that I need.

Might be a stupid question but why do you need this certain type. I would try to get a numatic press or something a little easier then one you have to screw(pardon the pun)
