Don't even get me started... I finally give up, give the automated thing all my credit card info, just to stay on hold and give if you someone all over again.. whoever thought up automated systems, especially the ones that CALL you.. should die.

what about when you want to talk to someone and you talk to some lady in India that can hardly speak english, and a terrible connection because there outsourcing everything, and some weird ass person is some weird ass country has every piece of your confidential credit card information

I used to keep a list of all the companies I called and what steps got me where I wanted to go so I could just call and be like 1-5-3-5-0 or whatever...

it was great.

As far as the list I actually saw that posted on Fark or something... good thinking linking it here y0!
