GPS receiver ?

i tried looking for gps receivers for laptops and i couldn't find any. i know hp makes some for their pda's but i can't really find one for a laptop. btw. the one on my pda works great. i just feel the need for a 17" screen in my car

In the past I've just used my garmin attached with a serial cable. Not sure about "real" laptop GPS units. I know that some of them suck though. There is a lot of info out there about this though.

i still have to try the one on my pda. inside the house it worked great. plus it might serve as a speedo calibration tool too. now if someonewill make a program for the 1/4 mile times
