i dun know, looks to me as if the accord got t-boned, if they were f*cking around maybe the accord was th eone to lose control and veering in front of the evo.....oorrrr maybe the dude in the accord was pulling out and the kid in the evo was going much to fast.

the accord was parked. the kid in the evo was speeding and lost controlled hit the accord side swipe style and spun around.
