Thinking about anger...
...if you are a generally angry person, what makes you mad? I mean, I know there are some people on this board that are just mad/angry in general, and I wonder what makes you this way. I myself was mad/angry in general for a while, mostly due to the ex, but now I'm over that so I'm generally happy again. Do you think any substances have an effect on your anger (if you do any)? This can be a somewhat group therapy session or something, I dunno, I'm just trying to figure out why all the anger so maybe we can cool it down.

I think what makes me mad is when I cant understand other people, theres so many people that do stupid mundane things for no reason and i just wish people would think about things more. or when someone is mean to my friends i hate that

stupid people make me angery. i cant stand people who just dont understand common sence, then question the obvious. oh hypocrates too(im guilty sometimes and i hate myself for it), that and ricers. alchohal makes me destructive, but not torwds people, usually something too big to break or too heavy to lift.

What makes me angry is when people do other people wrong or say things to hurt the feelings of others....I an very defensive to people...even strangers. I think the root of my anger is when I can't help anything or anybody. Not being able to help a situation or not being able to say something at the exact moment I should have said it makes me angry too. I think that not being able to control a situation or something is the root of everybody's anger...but then again that's my opinion...I dunno.

Stupid people just irritate me, rude people make me angry. It all depends on what type of day I'm having. Sometimes the same thing would either irriate or really piss me off. Also whether my aunt coming to visit soon too.

shit heads in my town that think there cars are fast when there not... this kid in my town with a 98 or 99 lude SH, said he rain a 12.2 at the track did i mention he's basicly stock.... that and driver's that can't drive dont use there turn signals or brake when going through a green light

I just hate everyone....
but mainly when people try to make an easy buck by suing over dumbshit. Or when black people say "I should be repaid for my ancesstors suffering." Well you dumb son of a bitch where you the one suffering? I think not
