I'm sure you've all seen these ads. I've pretty much read everyone out there and even bought once. I got jipped, the guy took my money and bailed. I was like WTF. I'm looking at this ad above and can't figure out what he could possibley be selling that would add 10hp to a turbo'd volvo.... Anyone know what he's up to?
