It's spyware because it databases your music....
I installed real 7 I think and It askes if I want it to scan for music (otherwise I have to click on each song no playlists) I click yes... It friggin connects to the internet and starts swapping info back and forth... comes up with album titles and song titles on tracks that where named "10" and whatnot. that and I believe it monitors habbits and sells them to marketing companies.
