unknown type of PIAA foglights

Hi,
One of the foglights on my car went out so i took out the bulb to look for a replacement, and I went to 3 places and one of the places even called up PIAA and they pretty much told me that the bulb that I have doesnt exist.
I belive it is an H3 kind, it has a dichroke (or however u spell it) and the only similar one I found has a silver (with a little blue) reflector area, but the one that I have has yellow (with a little orange) colored reflector.
has anyone seen these or know what model number they are?
