ringtones for cells
is there a way i can send ringtones to my phone? i found a bunch of cool midi's that would make great ringtones, but i tried esending an email to my phone as an attachment and got a bunch of html garbage and it never came through
BTW i have a nokia 8260

You have to download the ringtone maker from nokia, then you can send them to your phone. You can always go to mobilesmarts.com and see what kind of ringtones they have there

I have an 8260 too. Yeah, either d/l the ringtone maker, or find one of the many sites that will send them to you for free.
Mine's been playing Dammit by Blink 182 for about a year now

any info on how "I" can send ringtones? i know theres 10000 sites that will charge me, but none of them have any songs i want.

well i know for my motorola i know i can send anything to it as long as i have their software and conectivity kit. i think the kit runs for 100 with a pda add on and a lot more gadgets
