I think some from the second are decent but they aren't worth anything more than 20-30USD imo.

Well, they are like anything else. Most people add them to change the appearence of thier vehicles.
 As for looking through the windows to see whats ahead.. I dont have that problem.. Most of the Rednecks around here that have those wouldnt do me much good to try to look through thier windows, since I can see under thier trucks.
