Question about the HS Stickers.

Just got my stickers....(thanks Chief!!

) but I was reading the "helpful tips" that Chief sent along with them and was wondering is all that really necessary? For everyone that already has them on let me know how you applied them....

Also, are they meant to be put on the inside or the outside?
