Your DREAM PROJECT..
I've started looking into this.. But it isnt for right now..
1997 Accord (nicest sedan ever made!) 3.2 TL/CL -S engine + 6speed tranny (reworked) Probably T3/T4 turbo (daily @ 7 psi.. But capable of more..) All necessities for engine to handle atleast 18 psi. The car will only have stock accessories, + 2 exhausts and a Stillen lip. I NEED to be able to pull 13s flat. I know too many people with M3, and they're serisouly starting to piss me off.

if you want a fast car... get off front wheel drive. your going to be making awsome power... but having trouble findong traction. look into a older rx7(or newer) supra, 240sx, 300zx twin turbo, mr-2 turbo, if its not daily driven and you dont mind repair bills maybe a 3000gt vr4.

AHHHHHHH. I used to have a Geo Storm back in the day. If you guys read Super Street and if you look in the back where all the black and white advertisments are, they have one all hooked up with a body kit. Man, that car was a piece of shit. MY DREAM PROJECT IS MY NEON. Just kidding. I think it would have to be an M3 but I really don't know what I would do to it as I really don't know much about BMW mods. |

I loved my old storm! It was a 93 GSI.. Stock vs Stock.. It would kill my civic in a drag.. I kept up with my friends V6 mustang in it to about 110 thats about all it had, it was geared really low. That woulda been a fun car to T/C if I wouldnt have sold it.

Ok. But mine was a piece of shit. Big time. It was the car from hell. It wasn't the GSI. Ok, the car could go a little fast. Probably because it was the size of a rollerskate. BUT, on the highway between 60 and 70 mph it would do this terrible shaking thing. One day, I was driving it and it caught on fire. I had to pull over on the highway and get out and stand there and watch it burn. |

My "Dream" Project......
Wow...perfect for what I am currently in the process of doing.
First things first- 1996 Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R I should be there in a year. I have quite a bit saved up, and instead of going through MotoRex for financing, I'm going through my credit union to pay the whole amount to them for the car. Just need enough for half down, because my credit history is basically non-existant. This car will be made to go but my true love is an exotic car with an exotic system to match. I plan on competing in both IASCA and USAC in SQ and possibly in SPL. In addition to putting money away for the car, I also have a stereo "pot".So...here goes: Source unit: Alpine F#1 Status CDA-7990 ($3000) |

My "Dream" Project......
Wow...perfect for what I am currently in the process of doing.
First things first- 1996 Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R Of course the basic mods from A'pex and the CE-1 body kit from Veilside. I should be there in a year. I have quite a bit saved up, and instead of going through MotoRex for financing, I'm going through my credit union to pay the whole amount to them for the car. Just need enough for half down, because my credit history is basically non-existant. This car will be made to go but my true love is an exotic car with an exotic system to match. I plan on competing in both IASCA and USAC in SQ and doing very well in it and possibly in SPL. So that's the reason for the choice in pieces for my sound setup. The subs I chose also need to be able to work very well in small spaces and have the ability to get EXTEREMLEY loud. In addition to putting money away for the car, I also have a stereo "pot".So...here goes: *Source unit: Alpine F#1 Status CDA-7990 ($3000) *Processing: Alpine F#1 Status PXA-H900 ($4000) *Soundstage: Rainbow Reference CS-260.30 2-way component($7000) (2)Adire Audio AV8" midbass ($70 each) *Subwoofers:(2) Adire Audio Brahma 12 DVC ($380 each) *Amplifiers:Zapco C2K-2.0x<50wx2 for tweets>($580) C2K-4.0x<200wx2 for midrange>($1500) C2K-6.0x<150wx2 for 8" mids>($1500) C2K-9.0xD<2200wx1 for subs>($2200) *Multimedia:Alpine DHA-S680 6 disc DVD/CD changer($1300) (2) TME-M760 6.5" monitors($750 each) After and ONLY after I have achieved my sound system will I begin performance mods. Basically consisting of either Trust or HKS upgraded turbos, Trust or JUN 2.8L stroker kit, and Nismo's clutch, brake and 6-speed manual transmission swap. |
