I got a 95 honda civic, i need some low cost ideas to make my car look like a beast on the inside, You guys got any ideas?

in order to amek it look like a beast.. you need the major $$$ to get some heads turning.... but you always have to start somewhere....

Well the major thing about teh interior is the stupid seats. Id start there first. Either get some racing seats or katzskin, leather.

Arospeed made some vinyl seat covers that look really nice and are like 150 just do a search for them on ebay. yeah they are vinyl but they look sweet.

change all the dash lights to Blue and get some Neons

what kinda condition is the interior in??
You can't just start from a busted up crappy interior.
If your seats are BAD start off just getting better seats from a junkyard,
Get your Carpet Dyed, if that's in bad condition,
Replace anything thats busted or crappy..
If the interior is in great condition but just stock, then just start out with some neons, and maybe paint your dash trim peices.
those are the non-expensive alterations... all the other stuff starts to add up
