shaving emblems
I know other people have asked but i cant find any previous threads involving my question. What exactly is involved in shaving the back H emblem, civic emblem, all that good stuff that leaves holes. I know its a small step but nothing big till the swap.
thnx guys |

for the "civic" and the trim line emblems (ex/dx...) i believe you can remove it by heating the emblem with a hair dryer and then carefully run floss under the emblem...then use some goo gone to remove excess adhesive...don't forget to was the part you used goo gone one...because it will be dull
i wouldn't recommend taking out the "H" emblem because i've read that there are holes behind it...unless u have the money to have it "professionally shaved"...

to shave the H you have to fill in the holes, tack weld a drop in there and grind any excess and then bondo. Oh yeah, then repaint.
