I need opionions...
Alright so as you all may know I got BMW bi-xenon projectors... they're a projector lense with a cutoff plate that lifts via a motor so they can act as high and low beam lights... I hate the stock lights in the civic... even with spending a REDICULOUS amount on the only highoutput h4h (jdm housings) bulbs I could find it's better but it still sucks... and my windshield is shot too so thta doesn't help any.
ANYWAY... I have to fit these projectors into a headlight housing and then install them.. they're not bolt in parts. Stock headlights housings are my favorite... I don't like any of the aftermarket ones cuz they look kinda cheezy imo... BUT stock headlight housings have a fluted lense which you can not use with projectors otherwise it defeats the purpose ( the flutes in the lense redirect the light so you blind people even on the lowbeam setting)... SO I have several options for aftermarket lenses... Number one... I think I'm going to go with these... they're the least flashy. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT Number 2... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA...44054426QQrdZ1 Bah I stopped listing the others... they're all lame imo. ALRIGHT so ... here's the thing... I think I can get away with using number 2's LENSE ONLY... IE put that lense on my stock headlight housing... so I have the city lights from the jdm headlights (although they prob. won't light up the housing right anymore...) and the projectors... But now I'm thinking that if I do get the blacked out ones then I have a projector low/high AND a reflector high beam... Which is good since you can't flash your highs with HID's... Hmmmm... Yeah I think I'm doing that... Opinions still welcome. LOL

I was going to say, just mount the clears from 2 on the stockers...least bling of all.
The first set isnt awful...at least you will have hid, and the idea of the extra light is good. I think Im in the exact same boat with you on this...either one would be alright. But were it me, I would be going with the clear lens on stock headlights, perfected with a heat gun |

LOL...
green... It's going to be a dark metalic blue eventually... I'm actually going to mod a spare pair of JDM headlight housings I have and then see if I can get the clear housing lenses to fit... otherwise it's gunna be a heat gun and some carbonate trying to make my own... I can't afford to buy the 200 dollar housings now just to chop them up.
