b18c or b16a???

yeah i have a 95 honda civic ex and i am thinking bout a engine swap. not sure if the b18c will make my handling go to crap or what. at least if i get the b16a i dont think i would have to do any suspension mods, or would i?? i all ready have eibach sportline springs.

I've never heard anyone complaining after they did a b18c swap.

it's got WAY more torque and it's not that much heavier as far as I know...

I wouldn't go b16 they have NO torque... the 1.8's are lacking in torque much less the 1.6's.

yea, get the b18c, and bore that biznatch to hell....well not that much, jsut to a 2 liter. Hmmm...that sparks a post idea...

b18c is a good motor...but i do like the "torque-less wonder" b16 too

and i dont think you can bore the 1.8 gsr to 2.0L...1.98 yes for sure

no difference is there
Chevy calls a 305 cu inch engine a 5.0
FORD calls 302 cu inch engine 5.0

i dont think that .02L will make THAT much of a difference

no not really but im not exactly sure it can even go as far as 1.98

and actually i think the b18 isnt 1.8l...its something like 1.78

so im just being an ass (yes, I'm allowed to do that from time to time )

what would the price differences be between a b18c1 and a b16a?? and would i need new front end springs if i got the b18
