4th Gen Accord w/ 5th Gen front end?

I've been drooling over the Euro Si-R front end, and I saw a pic of a 4th gen Accord with this set up and was wondering how much trouble it would be to put the headlamps from the 5th gen Euro spec Accord? Picture in the link shows the idea I'm referring to.

I'm not a fan of the body kit (body kits in general) that's on the above pic, and more than likely I will be keeping the stock trim. I just want to add the headlights from the pic above. So, would it be alot of fabrication to put those headlights on my car? Thanks.
