Removing Pinstripes
I want to remove the pinstripes on my car. Its the sticker kind, so I know I can just peel it off. But what should I use to remove the leftover glue/adhesive that won't kill my paint? Thanks guys!

all u need is an old credit card. just start at one and and start removing it with short storkes, then remove the left over adhesive with 3M adhesive remover. wash the car imediately afterwards, so you won't have the adhsive on your paint. it will make the paint lose it's gloss

Hey, I have a '96 Civic and I have some pinstripes as well. They were on there when I bought the car. Are they stickers or paint?

well i got them off, took a freakin long time... the stripes are POS material. I finally remembered to get a blow dryer, and then it peeled off a lot easier. Took my like hr for one side, then blow dryer like 20 mins. Then touched it up with some 3M remover, nice product... don't rub too hard or you'll dull your finish. I like the non pinstriped look a lot better! Thanks for your help!
