diff. between uk/us civics
i need to get a cold air intake kit for my civic. i have a 1998 coupe, LSi - its a uk model (16v, sohc, not vtec). does anyone know what the equivalent of this is in the us, since i want to get an aem/hks kit or something like that? they are listed as ex/dx/lx/si.
thanks. |

DX and LX are the same. But the Non Vtec SOHCs are the DX/LX engines here in the U.S. The throttle bodies are facing upwards and the intake manifold is different than the Vtec engines.

since u have a coupe, then it should be equivalent to a DX (1.6 SOHC non-VTEC)
