energy drinks.....
i made this to well a) new thread B) not highjack another.
i seem to sell a ton of these at my job. im now trying a new one every morning. to see which one we sell is better in different catagories. such as: taste, chuggable, and how long it lasts. i rate these one a 1-10 scale. so far i tried nas, and red jack low carb. i like the RJLC for 1) is cheap and last long enough to get me awake for the day.like a 30 min buzz. sipping it or just taking a swig is not advised. not as good tasting. nas was better then the RJLC. it had more flavor when chugged, but still sippable. lasted a longer. which helps. but when the buzz dies so do i. scores so far: 1: Red Jack Low Carb: Taste:5 Chuggable: 7 latisaty(sp?) 4 2: NOS: Taste: 7 Chuggable: 8 Latisaty: 6 the ones ill be try are the following: red jack, (red jack low carb), (nos), nos sugar free, hansons, lost,lost 5.0, lost light, elements energy teas, and glaicu vitamen water. feel free to add some others.

I haven't had an energy drink in 2 years. A good diet and a healthy lifestyle you don't really need or want any.

Most drinks are just sugar, which is actually no good for activites. Try complex carb drinnks with a little protein.
Hammer products are great and all natural. Personally I dont use them unless i'm burning 600cal/hour for 3+ hours. Otherwise I let my body get by on water and make it up with a balanced meal. |

Buncha tree huggin' hippies. Quit knockin' energy drinks because you have some sort of colon cleansing diet scheme. I'd rather sip some liquid energy than worry about eating the right combo of proteins and carbs. That's right bitches, I'm lazy.
Anyhow, here's what I can remember that I've tried. Red Bull - Great Red Bull Sugar Free - Great. Best Sugar Free one. Red Jack Ampd - Worthless unless you like concentrated Mountain Dew NOS - Not bad. Odd after taste. Energy didn't last very long. Starbuck's Double Shot Monster Monster Sugar Free I know I've tried alot more (ask Racing Rice; he sees them), but I can't think of the names. The Red Bull's are my favorites by far. They don't taste like fizzy sugar water and they don't leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Monster Energy for me... with the occasional redbull. Unfortunately, Monster hasn't made it that big where I live so chances are only around 10-20% that a store will have it.

I'm going to make my own energy drink. I'll just take some Taurine, caffeine, sugar, and Guarana then whip it out and piss in a fucking can. Who cares what I name it? Most people will buy anything with "energy drink" written on the can these days.
Has anyone seen this new Coke bullshit, "Coke Black"? Coke with coffee. Ulcer in a can. It's got twice the caffeine of Coca Cola Classic...so you're just asking for heart failure. We actually used to make those at work. In a coffee shop it's called a Lightning Bolt...Coke with 1-3 shots of espresso. Fucking disgusting.

i found the sobe arush's sugar free got me going. snapped back a few of those before the christmas party and i was ready to go the joker's are way too wild for me redbull isn't even tasty to me haven't tried a monster yet i dunno, i'd rather get more sleep to gain energy haha. the drinks are damn expensive i find downing a drink like a iced cappachino hits the spot |

FYI...Green tea has the lowest caffiene of all teas (except for white tea I believe). THough it has a nice amount of antioxidants.
