i know this doesn't belong here, but...
today i was cruising down the interstae, and out of the blue the car shook and then stalled. it struggled to start, and when it started it sounded like there is something scraping, and my idle is off,. it sounds like it is coming from the drivers side of the car(enginebay) any thoughts

That could be a lot of things man.
When you restarted the car, were you on a dead stop or cruising on a gear with the clutch pedal down? The reason I ask is, you can narrow down the scraping noise by knowing if you were in "gear" or not. Less moving parts if not in gear. |
