I heard that on the news a few days ago on my way to school. Albany is like 45mins from where I live..I've been noticing a lot of guys age 25-30 are buying those cop cars and fixing them up.. like major tent, 19" and ground system. Then after this story came out...people in class are starting to talk about building a fake cop car. weird, i guess?
