Preparing to invest in my car...

first of all, i THINK i'm doing the right thing by modifying my car this winter. Even tho it DOES have 189,000kms. anyways i'm preparing to invest about $5000 canadian or apx $3000US dollars into my 1998 prelude. And this will be ALL motor. So i'm wondering where YOU guys think would be a good start? This is what i'm thinking so far
The List:

-Get it port & polished
-Rebuilt engine (if not, just to get it to stop pushing black every now and then)
-Header - DC Sports 4-2-1 ceremic,
-Exhaust - 2.5" piping from cat-back to some sort of muffler
-Cold Air - AEM true cold air intake

and i'm thinking, new performance clutch kit from Nopi.com and a lightened flywheel

any other suggestions and or warnings?
