new engine mounts?

I have a 96 honda accord lx nonvtec, I have headers, exhaust, and coldair intake. The problem is the bracket that connects my header to the block keeps cracking at bottom. I have a guy that has welded it once already and then is cracked at the base of the bracket. He said I might need new motor mounts because the engines twisting to much, any advice, please help. I only have 70,000 miles on my car.
