Problem w/B16A Acceleration

I reset my ECU yesterday morning, thinkin to myself, "I didn't reset it since I put all those mods on", so I went ahead and reset the damn thing.....Next thing I know, I start up the car...everythings fine, I give it a little rev, fine....Then I push down the street hard....then BAM, I couldn't go rev any higher.....Second gear won't let me go any higher than 3,000 , 3rd-4th gear around 5,000....I havn't tried 5th......I thought to myself, "Man, I bet I fouled a spark plug or something, I know I had installed those Silverstone plugs from Nology in there, but the gap was perfect". So know the the only conclusion I come up with is I have unknowingly reset a Rev limiter in my ECU???

P30 Ecu, JDM B16A2 motor in a 98 Civic DX

Anyone encounter the same problem?
