H Emblems
Hi! I was wondering where I could get some red H emblems online which perfectly fits my honda accord. Ive seen the aftermarket emblems and none of them actually fit properly to replace the stock emblems.
Are there JDM emblems out there that fits perfectly on my car? |

I don't know the answer to your question, but since I haven't messed around with aftermarket emblems.....in what way do they not fit?

Well, the aftermarket emblems I have seen basically do not fit perfectly to the 2 holes that the OEM emblems came from. The aftermarket ones have two notches that are supposed to go into the OEM holes but since they do not fit perfectly I have to cut those notches off and use double sided tape to mount them on. What I am looking for is a very good quality H Emblem that will fit the OEM holes on my car. I am not sure if theres JDM ones but if there are please let me know. Thanks! =) |

I called my honda parts dealer and they do not carry them only the chromed and gold emblems. The ebay ones are probably like what I had before. Unless someone bought one from ebay and it fits perfectly. |

Really weird... do you know how much they go for? I would definitely get them from you and even pay for your trouble. I will also check other delaerships around the NY/NJ area. =)
Please let me know! Thanks! |

well since its through honda....my guess is about $35+ for two of em......do you only want one for the rear or....for the front too?
my friend picked up some aftermarket emblems for his 98 Accord, they didnt fit either, so he just redrilled the holes. i dont understand though, you should be putting double sided tape on them anyways......those holes arent too reliable for holding the emblem on and they dont provide really any protection from the emblem being ripped off. |

The problem I have with the aftermarket emblems is not the pins BUT the fact that the rear ones are not flushed on the hood. The emblems are located on a curved surface and when you install the emblems theres abig curved gap so thats what im trying to avoid. Are the factory ones liek that too in that case Ill just get them locally.
I actually found a place in NY who sells JDM H emblems. I heard theres no such thing for my accord so I'll have to dig further. =) Anyway, Hybrid can you please confirm the pricing for both front and rear and Ill let you know okie? Thanks a Million! |

Hey I have a 99 lx coupe... black. Interested in the emblems as well. I live in Upstate NY, and am willing to pay shipping, etc. Does anyone have a pic of what it looks like correctly on?
And catral, did you happen to take pics of the imperfect ones while they were on ur car? just curious what it looks like. thanks. |

I bought white emblems for my car. I thought that they were cheap since they didnt fit into the holes on the front grill, then I realized that there is a size diff. and a slight diff in how close together the holes are in the front and back. Turns out the one that didnt fit the front grill, fit the rear. Then I had to drive all the way back to the performance shop and pick up one for the front. True story!

I had the H emblems before but like I said I didnt like the way it fit. It looked ugly thats why Im looking for a nice OEM or JDM emblem that will fit the holes and the curvature of the rear of the Accord. Heres a pic of my friends car who has that problem I was telling you about. |
