Accord Door Stuck 91'

I have a 1991 accord 4 door with power locks and windows. My problem is my door is stuck in the shut position and currently the only way out is through the passengers door via crawling method. I have checked and both the interior as well as exterior door handles seem to be working perfect yet the door will not unlatch the mechanism . Can anyone tell me a way to remedy this short of cutting my door off. because of the design and the door not opening I have yet to find a way to open this mechanism. thanks-locked in

well i think some of the rods that actuate the door mechanism are off their usual positions. you can try by removing the door panel from inside( that's gonna be a *****) andwork the locking mechanism from there. you should be able to acess it once the panel is off and the window in the up position.
