May I please have some opinions on the Skunk2 coilover kits. Also, when is a camber kit necessary.

I'd like to lower my car but my friend suggested that I don't because over time the alignment gets messed up along with other parts of the suspension.

Can someone tell me if there are a lot of cases where the suspension gets messed up after lowering a vehicle.
