www.h22.org should give you some expalnation. i think you will need to get a new cluster, and relocate one of the tranny mounts in your car to have the manual fit in there. also you will need a new clutch, new clutch pedal, master cylinder and secondary cylinder for the cluch. also new wiring is mandatory to have the vtec working
