To run 9s you why do you need an upgraded frame? All you have to get is you cage certified ($150 and good for 2 years plus you get a shiny plate for the cage) you have to go through a few tests like you have to be able to shut the car down within an alloted feet of a certain marker on the track also you have to do 2 consecutive passes at 9.99 or less. Lastly you need a physical exam and it is usually required before the driving tests. Im curious because i already have my chassis certified but im awaiting to get my other certifications.
