No, thats just it. They will NOT let him trademark a word like that because it is Offensive. Yet, they let the "Dykes on Bikes" group trademark thier name.

i just actually read the link... let him. its a clothing brand. what about other clothing lines that use common words such as element or embargo(hehe). i understand its derrogatory, but there are TONS of offensive shirts out there, why pick this fight now? what i remeber from business law and what it sounds like he's trying to do is just trademark it for use on clothing. i dont think he's trying to get roylaties on every song/tv show/movie that uses it.
