If it's fake it's professionally done...maybe a driver safety commercial. I know in northern Europe they have a commercial that looks a bit like that where a guy gets completely owned while crossing the street. Kinda like Brad Pitt getting owned by not one but 2 cars in Meet Joe Black. Best Brad Pitt scene ever...where he gets his shit fucked up. But looking at it I don't have any reason to doubt it's not real. Remember...people are stupid.

just by looking at it, it seems real: the pedestrian stops and noticed the suv coming his way, as the suv flips, you can se the headlight glare in the film. its real.
