My opinion...Say it all you want, Sh!t...Im Puerto Rican and I say it...but you have to be prepared for someone to take it as an offensive comment...I had an issue, one time a buddy of mines' friend got upset cause I kept saying it...I told his ass..."What? Are you intimidated by a Rican saying Nigga?" He said, he thought I was a white boy....What is the difference, I don't know...If you want to say it , say it...but be prepared for trouble.
